“We hope to make a program about the wildlife of Guangdong, but what I'm interested in is not just the wildlife, but also its interaction with people and the people of Guangdong,” Simon Winchcombe, the producer of BBC Studios told  SFC journalist.

Tthe Belt and Road Initiative Documentary Consortium Survey Trip had a visit to Shenzhen’s Futian Mangrove National Nature Reserve. Among the delegations, Simon Winchcombe and Kenneth Roy Kazooba, the director of Content and Media of StarTimes at Uganda shared with us their deep impression of China’s dedication in environment protection and their future plan of making documentaries related to China’s nature environment.
